After years of crafting and selling my signature chocolate mousse to private clients and specialty stores across New York City, we finally opened America’s First Chocolate Mousse Bar in February 2020 — just five weeks before the pandemic hit!

Now, we’ve taken the next step: the original Mousse Bar has evolved into a full restaurant: Café D’Anvers, where Chef Johan Halsberghe offers more than just desserts, bringing the comforting flavors of Belgian and French specialties to New York.

Located at the corner of 100th Street and Lexington Avenue, the MOJO Artisanal Mousse Bar inside Café D’Anvers still serves its beloved selection of classic and creative mousse flavors, freshly scooped to enjoy in-house or to go, and also available by the pound. 🍫✨
