The first "MOUSSE BAR” in America

After 3 years of selling his mousses to specialty stores in NYC, Chef Johan just opened the first-ever Chocolate Mousse Bar in the US.

Mousses are crafted in small batches using the finest Belgian chocolate and premium ingredients.

At the Mousse Bar a special selection of 3 classic flavors: dark 70% + white + hazelnut praline is completed by 2 rotating flavors - currently Passion Fruit + Ruby Chocolate and Matcha. Mousses are freshly scooped into cups to stay or to go - also sold per pound.

The shop located in East Harlem, a mix of dessert and coffee shop, is open everyday for breakfast with a special selection of delicious pastries (croissants and warm brazilian pao de queijo) and premium coffees and juices. The comfy seating area is complemented by a friendly atmosphere full of MOJO.
