Mousses can be frozen for up to 1 year, but we recommend you enjoy it fresh.

Like freezing fresh vegetables to preserve the nutrients longer, we freeze our fresh mousses so you can
enjoy the great taste even if you can not come to the Mousse Bar in NYC.
Manufactured using the same Kosher ingredients we use at the Mousse Bar but in a licensed Kosher
facility - so these cups are certified OU Kosher.
Mousses are delivered frozen to local shops that will then place a best by date label stating 25 days
shelf life from the moment they were slacked out from freezer to refrigerator.
We don’t recommend re-freezing this mousses if you bought them refrigerated.
